Is it free?

Yes — completely free and open source (MIT). No account or subscription needed.

Does it work with Cursor and Antigravity?

Yes. Context Cleaner auto-detects your active IDE and adapts its cleaning accordingly. It supports VS Code, Cursor, Antigravity (Gemini), and JetBrains / WebStorm.

Will it delete my settings or extensions?

No. Smart protections automatically skip sensitive config files (like antigravity/knowledge, user_settings) and your Extensions folder. The 'dry run' mode lets you preview exactly what would be deleted before committing.

What are MCP servers?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers extend AI assistants with custom tools and data sources. The MCP Inspector lets you view, enable, disable, and debug them directly inside your IDE.

Is it safe to use in a work environment?

Yes. Everything runs locally inside VS Code. No telemetry or external requests. Your data never leaves your machine.
